* Please fill out the form properly or else you will not be entitled to any rebate.
* Only one referrer is allowed per listing. In the case of multiple referrers for the same listing, only the first referrer will be entitled to the rebate.
* Referrer is only entitled to the 10% rebate which will ONLY be rewarded upon the closing of the referred deal.
* If the referral does not list with Jamie in 30 days, starting from the day the referral's information was submitted, the referrer will not be entitled to any rebate.
