2014 二月銷售統計 / Sales stats for Feb 2014

整體二月份溫哥華房產表現,超出預期。由統計數據可知,成交量和成交總金額已經超過去年同期,且有回到2011年的水準。在溫西的交易成長最為明顯。許多房屋又出現搶著下單的情況。上市的房子比去年同期稍顯減少,這可能是原因之一,加上對移民前景樂觀,許多投資人開始進行養地的工作。溫東的買氣也是非常旺,成交量和成交金額也是往2011年尾的標準前進。本拿比整體表現則以聯棟屋比獨立屋來的強勁。必竟本拿比的可蓋公寓建地面積比溫西和溫東來的多。跟溫東和溫西兩大指標看來,本拿比的成長稍嫌遜色。

Based on the sales stats released for Feb 2014, we see a tremendous growth and momentum in both Van West and East market. So far, the total sales and sales volume for Van West is catching up with the sizzling market we had back in 2011. The same goes for Van East. Both detached and attached listings are selling fast and sometimes we can see bidding wars in both areas as well. As for Burnaby, the attached housing market is doing much better than the detached housing market. It’s due to the pre-sale and many new high rise constructions available in Burnaby area. The overall performance of Burnaby is dwarfed by the growth of Van West and East.
